I would hope that Bush is thinking about the folks associated with his political party who happen to be bigots.

I would hope that Bush understands that not everyone agrees with his "strategy" on sending more troops to Iraq and that he should be honest with the country before he makes any decisions.

However, he is probably thinking this instead...
