New Jersey: Home of Gay Marriage or Civil Unions?

Looks like my home state of New Jersey is more progressive than I thought - they are going to recognize same-sex couples as either married or in a civil union. Either way, it is a progressive victory and a win for equality - can't wait until it catches on in all states.

On top of all this, Menendez will also win.
